LiveHeats and Membership Tutorial!

The IFSA, in conjunction with the Freeride World Tour, debuts a new partnership with the LiveHeats platform to globally unify our membership, event registration, and scorekeeping.  Get ready to purchase your memberships on July 1st!

For all junior athletes, adults athletes, and coaches:

1. Access membership registration via:
   1. LiveHeats Website, FIS Freeride World Tour organization https://www.liveheats.com/fwtglobal/memberships
   2. LiveHeats Website, International Freeskiers & Snowboarders Association (IFSA) organization https://www.liveheats.com/IFSA/memberships
2. Click + IFSA 2023-24  to view all IFSA membership options and click Log in and join
3. Enter your login credentials
   1. *If you have had an IFSA or Qualifier membership in the past, you already have an account in LiveHeats and should click on Forgot your password to reset your password (the email on file in LiveHeats is the same used for your previous membership).  Do not create a new account as this will create a second account that will have to be combined with the one already created for you.  
   2. New! Families are now able to manage all of their athlete’s membership and event registrations under 1 account, each athlete does not need their own unique log in
   3. If this is your first time purchasing an IFSA Junior, Coach or Qualifier membership you will need to create a new account
4. Enter athlete’s First and Last name, and complete entirety of athlete information entry boxes
5. Membership Options, click Add membership options, and select ONE membership option you wish to purchase for that athlete
6. Documents to Sign, click view & sign to review and sign membership waivers
   1. Click to Start, enter athlete’s name, enter name of person executing the waiver (*executor must be over the age of 18), click to sign, click Agree & Finish, click close 
7. If you are buying memberships for multiple athletes in one account, click +Add another athlete at the very bottom to repeat the process and select the one membership option for that athlete
8. *If you purchase a One-Time membership and later decide you want to upgrade to a full membership, you will then purchase a Full-Tour membership on your account and this will charge you the difference from the one-time membership to the full-tour membership 
9. Click Continue →
10. Enter contact information and health insurance details 
11. Click Continue →
12. Enter Payment details
13. Click Pay
14. You have now have an active IFSA Membership

Additional for JUNIOR athletes and COACHES ONLY:

You will also need to purchase your Junior Regional Dues Membership (*not applicable for athlete in Sudamerica or Eastern Canada.) Coaches must purchase the "no cost" regional dues, as well. Additional note for Coaches: until your certification is verified, your status will be set to "PENDING." Thank you for your patience.

1. Click + 2023-24 Junior Regional Dues to view all Regional Dues membership options and click Log in and join
2. Enter your login credentials
3. Complete athlete information entry boxes
4. Membership Options, click Add membership options, and select ONE membership option you wish to purchase for that athlete
   1. This membership option must match your IFSA membership option (i.e. if you purchase an IFSA Full Tour Junior Membership, you must purchase a Full Tour Junior Regional Dues Membership)
5. Documents to Sign, click view & sign to review and sign membership waivers
   1. Click to Start, enter athlete’s name, enter name of person executing the waiver (*executor must be over the age of 18), click to sign, click Agree & Finish, click close 
6. If you are buying memberships for multiple athletes in one account, click +Add another athlete at the very bottom to repeat the process and select the one membership option for that athlete
7. Click Continue →
8. Enter necessary information
9. Click Continue →
10. Enter Payment details
11. Click Pay
12. You have now have an active Regional Dues Membership
