The IFSA, in association with Ski JETA and Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort, proudly announce the Snowbird Junior Freeskiing Regionals taking place February 26, 2012
Salt Lake City, UT- February 14, 2012 The IFSA Junior Series is proud to announce the addition of one new regional event to the 2012 season. Due to the level of demand for junior freeskiing competitions, the IFSA supports the newly created Snowbird Junior Freeskiing Regionals.
"I am thrilled we were able to add this regional event for the 2012 competition season. I can't thank Snowbird enough for supporting the local junior freeskiing community with this event", said Rob Greener IFSA President and Alta/Snowbird Freeride Head Coach.
The Snowbird Junior Freeskiing Regionals is scheduled for February 26, 2012. Registration will go live here, http://www.regonline.com/snowbirdjuniorregionals , on Thursday February 16th at 5:00 PM MST. The entry fee will be $50 and the age groups are 12-14 & 15-18. We are anticipating a sold out event so please register promptly on Thursday. Athletes who compete in the Snowbird Junior Freeskiing Regionals will receive points going towards the IFSA Junior Series overall tour title.
