Do I get a refund if an event is cancelled?

If the Event Organizer has to cancel an event prior to the arrival of riders due to poor snow conditions, the Event Organizer will refund a portion of your registration fee.

However, if the Event Organizer is forced to cancel during the scheduled event days due to poor conditions, the forecast, extenuating circumstances, avalanche danger, etc. you will not receive a refund. It is possible the Event Organizer may be in a position to provide a partial refund, but this decision will be made by the Event Organizing partner. It may not be possible to provide a refund because expenses incurred in event setup and execution will need to be covered.
