Registration for this 2* Regional event is prioritized for Northern Regional athletes during the first 48 hours of registration. Athletes who are not a member of the Northern region, and register within 48 hours of registration opening, will be refunded and deleted from the roster.

Coaches who HAVE NOT registered will not be granted ticketing benefits
or access to the event or venue. Please help keep events running smoothly by completing registration on The Driven.
- It is mandatory for coaches to also register on The Driven for any IFSA Junior events they plan to attend. There is no registration fee, however registration is compulsory if coaches plan to attend.
- It is mandatory for coaches to have an active IFSA Coach Membership and hold current L100 or L200 certification.

Coaches: Coaches will ONLY qualify for tickets and venue access by completing event registration on The Driven. You must be a currently certified IFSA Coach with an IFSA Coach Membership and registered on The Driven.
COACH TICKETING POLICY - MUST BE REGISTERED ON THE DRIVEN
- 1 Athlete: No ticket
- 2-4 Athletes: 1 Free Coach ticket
- 5-10 Athletes: 2 Free Coach tickets
- 11-15 Athletes: 3 Free Coach tickets
- 16+ Athletes: At Event Host’s discretion
Cancellation Policy
For all IFSA Junior Freeride Events, the event refund policy is established by the Event Organizer.
WHITEFISH CANCELLATION POLICY
- If a rider requests a refund more than two weeks prior to the event date, a full refund (minus transaction fees) will be issued.
- If a rider requests a refund less than two weeks before the event date, a 50% refund (minus transaction fees) will be issued.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than one week before the event date unless a doctor verifies a positive Covid-19 test.
- If the event should be cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstance on event day, no refund will be issued to help cover the administrative costs of event setup and compensating the judges and employees required to be on the hill.
- A 50% refund will be provided if the event is forced to cancel due to local health regulations or restrictions
It is at the sole discretion of the Event Organizer, and not the IFSA, when and under what circumstances a refund will be issued. To request a cancellation or refund, you must contact the Event Organizer.
I need to make a change to my registration!
Changing your category at registration is not an option. If the information provided is incorrect (you want to change divisions, for instance) you must re-register for the event with the correct information (name, date, age, gender, category, etc). This will require you to pay for a second entry while the refund is being processed. Please allow up to two weeks for refund of the incorrect entry to be processed. To request the refund, you must follow refund request steps listed above by the cutoff date for your event.
Is this the X-Games?
No it is not. We aim to provide a quality and affordable competition in an effort for our skiers and riders to push and pursue their goals on the mountain. These competitions garner a wide spectrum of skill sets and will offer courses and awards to suit that spectrum.
What are my responsibilities as a competitor?
Events are a group effort. It requires timeliness and accountability of not only the event staff, but of each and every competitor. There are many details each person is responsible for in order for us all to have a fun day on the snow. Making sure your information is accurate, you are on time and prepared for each event is required.

What are my transport options getting to the event and around the village?
The SNOW Bus will also operate between Whitefish and Whitefish Mountain Resort. A shuttle will operate in the upper village areas, and all parking lots will be open through the event. Please obey all parking signage and park as per normal.

Where do I Check-In?
Mandatory check-in at the BASE LODGE - 3RD FLOOR MT. JACKSON ROOM-(3015 Big Mountain Road) to confirm your spot, get some Monster, snag some stickers, and be an awesome competitor. See schedule above.

Helmets are requiredto participate in any event.
Competitor Meeting
Each event has details and information necessary for each participant to have a fun day. There will be a mandatory competitor meeting for each event, time of each meeting will be posted in the event schedule.

Results are available at the Awards Ceremony and are available at HEREor on the IFSA site.
