Check in Process
o We will use digital waivers and no paperwork is required onsite o Feb.11 Waivers from Hello Sign sent to Athletes
o Feb.16 @12pm MST All waivers must be signed▪ Athletes with unsigned waivers will be removed
▪ Remaining spots will be given to waitlisted athleteso Feb.16 Waitlist athletes will be notified
o Note: No athletes will be added after February 18, 2022
o Cottonwood Room is located at Snowbird Center (Entry 2), Level 2 -
o Face Masks must be worn all times covering mouth and nose.
o Social Distancing protocol will be mandatory.

Tuesday Feb 22nd -- Check-In
Wednesday Feb 23nd -- Athlete Check-In, Inspection, & Competition
Thursday Feb 24nd -- Weather Day
Mandatory* Athlete Meeting: Tuesday February 22nd @ 7pm VIA ZOOM
*If you cannot attend the mandatory athlete meeting, you must make arrangements with the event organizer, listed below.
